    Yep.... I work for a well known apparel retailer and a lot of our belts have logos on them.

    AFAIK Left to right or the logo will be upside down (unless you want to read it yourself) !

    Then again, they don't often consult the IT department on design issues

    so what happens when you have a leather belt that folds back on itself instead of going straight through the buckle

    I've always worn belts so the loose end stick out to the left of the buckle, so if wearing a belt as above you feed it the other way.
