    anybody else finished Portal?
    what a riot!

    Its a PC game that comes bundled with Half Life2 Episode 2. (The Orange Box)

    It shows that games designers dont always follow their wallets---

    If you or your kids like puzzles that are non-violent have great graphics and will make them think out of the square(literally!) you could do worse than buying them this.

    Yes, finished it first week it was out! the last part with the jumping on those squares took me more time to get that done then the rest of the game. It was a freakin pain but damn it was fun.

    One of the better games around I think. Usually I play COD4 online but portal just popped up when playing CS one day so I went with it.

    BUT... it was advertised about 20 months before it was released and I checked the creators webpage weekly at least waiting for its release.

    Damage is about 20 bucks I think not sure if that is US but makes no difference these days anyway. Specs for portal can be pretty heavy for good graphics etc.. but if you didn't have 512 ram and around a 2ghz machine I'm, not sure I'd bother. Also a reasonable graphics card kicked in to that would help a lot.

    Hey, hey, hey, YEs it was! Actually I think it was nice to have a fresh idea. I play a lot of games sometimes on my laptop on the 2 hour train to Sydney but I have never come across anything similar.

    It even got some of my friends away from World of Warcraft!
