I do not have power seats but the fuse and relays are at the RH back of the passenger seat "bulkhead" on my 92.
Regards Philip A
I have a range rover the electric driver seat started to play up and now has packed up. The problem is i cant get to the hex nuts as the seat is over them. I have managed to unplug the harness to the control switches and found no power to it , how ever their is power going in to the two electrical boxes at the front of the seat, has any body had this problem.

Ah, the old "Catch 22"
I looked at the manual and it says to move the seat forward and undo the rear fixings and then move it back and do the front.
Similar to the BMW manual on removing the window, by winding it down etc. BUT the reason I want to is because the motor is BROKEN.

The most common problems with the seats are with the switches.

By the way, it is not really clear but the wiring diagram suggests that the switches go to earth, so you may not have power on the downstream side.
AFAIK this is the common way they work.
Have you taken the control levers and bezel off to look at the connectors?
