Recharging your phone with an ATM

My new phone is with Optus, and they say you can recharge buy using a Westpac ATM. What is the process to do it?

Dunno, I've never seen a charging socket where you can plug in your battery.

If recharging is the same as the NAB ATM's Ive found out how to do it.
