I like it, maybe a good second car for the wife that might be a fun drive. Its good to see LR leading the way with some technology and development.I am a passionate ex-defender owner and I love that car but LR cant run a business based on their 60 year herritage and remaining 100% true to their roots....It would be hard to imagine getting dirt on the LRX or even worse inside on that interior.I just hope LR can keep the roots alive and keep making defenders [maybe a bigger/better engine...TDV8?] and if they have to do so by being a bit blingy and techo I am OK with that.

I like it. I would have one as a second car (couldn't afford too though). It looks different to the rest in its class and looks as though it would be reasonable off-road, better approach/departure and rampover than most others that size.

Do you think they deliberately set out to have worse rear vision than a Ford Territory and a Honda CRV or was that an unintended consequence of trying to look different?
I hope it comes standard with a very good rear camera and monitor.

    250kw is nothing these days

Sorry Cameron_Def, I should have specified that I was comparing 4wd's. It sounds like it will blow my TDV6 away.

    Best Wishes,
