Tut tut Red Fender OOS 005

Now I can't remember the profile name, but I know I saw this fender at the 60th Convoy to Currumbin. Was at Morningside this morning and you were at the lights, I gave a big wave.....and no response . Pfft and here I thought fender drivers were the "waviest" of the lot . I was in the grey D2,

    Regards

That's a touch harsh (but possibly true) - I'll wave to you Steve - if you happen to be on the Gunbarrel Highway!

If thats the case, what does that make a Freelander . I'm sure my Disco brothers will come out of the woodworks soon enough .

I only wave to Fenders with QLD plates and because I'm from NSW....

that is called a Mexican Wave.

And in turn I expect Victorian Fender drivers to wave to me.

I wave to 'em all but get ignored 'cos I'm a P38A driver.

Maybe they don't expect it from us.

Arrr, there you go, and first I thought it might have been yourselves as a red fender sticks out a mile away but noticed the number plate and knew it wasn't. I'd give my right doovalack to be out and about in WA or the NT in the next 7 weeks...but alas with a newborn, 4 other kids and a business to run, I'd have as much chance as seeing elephants fly . And as for those smug answers from you other Fender lot, kiss my grits ,

    Regards

D2's are considered to be girly cars when they're in standard trim.

As for the original Freelander, It's has the makings of a goodlooking car, shame it's just plain crap.
