    I'm assuming it will be fitted with a kitchen and tent etc?

    I'm confused - if it is used as a camper, why does it have a tipping function? Is this a means of getting someone out of bed in the morning?

    BOTH is the answer.
    The idea is the camper top will be removed and stored in the shed via a pulley system when not in use
