Thanks for that post Gordon,
Is that a kiwi accent you've got:wasntme:
Now all we've gotto do is get him to hijack the show with all his Landy's (and maybe the GP and the 6x6) and we've got ourselves the show we want.:twisted::twisted:

Thanks, I will.
I just remembered there was another LR in there, a Series IIA (or was it a III?) 109 SW. I think it had a Holden motor. He bought it to play with while he had the RR, but it (the IIA) wasn't a real good example. He actually took it on a trip from Sydney to Fraser Island, much to the dismay of the crew at Garthons who did a great job of servicing all his LRs. Left a perfectly good RR at home (didn't leave it with me I note!) and took the IIA just for fun.
Still, fun is what they're good for! :D
Cheers,
Gordon

Matt.
What's wrong with Warren Brown - the historic Paris to Peking was pretty good but his National Treasures spot on the ABC was really good.Yes it will depend on the chemistry but more on the local car industry / dealers / importers / etc - if they won't tolerate their cars being slammed (metaphorically, and on occassion literally) then the show will bomb.
