    S L O W

    Anybody having slow acsess problems???
    The last few days have been painfull to say the least.Have to keep hitting refresh.Just walked down to the shed to fill the pint and the page hadnt loaded.Tried emtying the cookie barrel etc,no difference.Only effects AULRO,fleabay/WALROC quick as in comparison.
    Seems also it comes and goes over the hour????

    It's ok for me right now.
    I'd say a little bit slower than during the day time but I've had no problems navigating the forums tonight.



    Prehaps the server handling the database is getting bogged down a little bit?

    ((edit, took about 5 seconds to submit the post and be taken back to the thread, so slightly slow actually.. but nothing really bad.)

    very very slow for me tonight starting to wonder whether my internet provider had throttled me

    It seems to go from lightening fast to slow as.
    Just noticed someting like "yeild manager" or similar flash up in the toolbar(WIN98) before "done" comes up
    It gone fast again for me.
    I alredy packed the sads earlier and went fleabaying as it was so slow.

    Mine's slow as tonight when loading 'new posts', or 'today's posts'.

    It's all fine when loading threads or posts.

    Which seems to be more of the same, server getting bogged down running searches.

    Painfully slow on my home PC all the time. Slightly faster during the day at work, but still a lot slower than before. Just had a new cable internet connected also at home which is supposed to be very fast, plus changed my antivirus to CA at the same time....thought it could have been something to do with that.
    Will watch with interst......but slowly
