    Garage doors WA?

Need a couple of doors to finish off the shed I am building.

Anyone have any contacts with any suppliers, or know somewhere that won't charge the earth?

    Hi Mike.

The openings are currently 3750(W)x2500(H) (x2).

As they currently are, I would need panel lift (sectional) doors. as the top of the roof is only 150mm above the 2500m opening height. But I have been thinking about reducing the opening to about 3000(W) (or slightly less), which should let me fit roller doors.

Would like wider openings, but really whichever is cheaper.

2nd hand is fine - but would prefer pale eucalypt, to match the rest of the shed (could paint them I suppose?).

"Gryphon" doors are usually good on price..

Second hand doors can be bought at Vinsan Salvage in Bayswater

Thanks Mike - I will try Gryphon. I have found vinsan salvage, but they have only standard with or double width. I would have to cut one down and that looks like a HUGE PITA.

    Hi Steve
Sounds like your trying to put one in a carport // Height is most probably 26 coarse or 2229mm

I know "Gryphon" have a low profile motor from "Germany" // Have you tried them?

Ask all companies about the motors, as some are suspect

Let me know what their price structure is like, as it been a while since i priced one .... (building boom and all)

Yeah its something like that.. maybe 27 to floor level which is at -1 from house floor. Its a carport that we are converting to a garage... 2 walls either side tied into the pillars, and then a door on the front!

thanks for the company name... will give them a shout and see how they compare..
