    I got a promotion

    I was promoted to leading hand yesterday
    In 5 years with my Shire job I have gone from lollypop boy to Leading Hand Construction Grader Operator, now 2IC to the Works Manager.
    Im rapt,considering when I started with the Shire I had been off work on compo for 2 years with a serious back injury courtesy of a farm accident,doctors doubted that I would ever work in a full time job again.I wasnt prepared to accept that.
    This and the wood cutting Ive done over the last year or 2 gives me hope that Im over the injury.Still have lots of BAD days but I hope its all over
