    Vege-oil to Diesel Catalyst

I recently read in a website(no, I didnt bookmark it so have forgotten its name) about a catalyst that can be purchased from a company that simply mixes with vege oil and produces an alternative diesel fuel......remember now diesels were meant to run on vege oils.
My question is this.....has anyone else seen or heard of this product? It is available for purchase in USA and claims to produce diesel for approx 45c/ltr.
The information on this catalyst must be out there somewhere. This is not a biofuel backyard plant but a chemical product in a bottle which you simply add to your vege oil mix, and pour it in your tank.
