    Fraser Camping

We are thinking of going to Fraser Island for the first time in September. Does anyone have any pics of campsites to show SWMBO? I will be towing a camper trailer so any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Rory

The Gold Coast Land Rover Owners (GCLRO) are heading to Fraser Island at the end of August and you are most welcome to join us. We will however be camping on the western side were there are zero facilities. Most will have trailers, porta loos and port showers etc and will be completely self sustainable for the 3 or 4 nights we will be there. Not sure if you can see our trips section at the bottom of the AULRO forum, but all the details are listed there, although still finalising a few things.
PM me if you want more info, but this will be our club's 4th family trip to Fraser Island and there should be plenty of kids going.

Thanks Mick, I really appreciate the offer but we can only go during the school holidays from the 20th September. I hope you guys have a good trip though & I look forward to reading the report.
