That's great news!!!Sounds like she'll make a full recovery in no time! Geez, talk about lucky!
Great news mate, hope she recovers well and is back in the family soon.:
I grew up on a farm so I know how hard it is to lose 'a mans best friend'. Good luck with the recovery

That's awesome
When I was a kid, I was always bringing home stray dogs, & looking after neglected cats.
The WORST thing happened EVER. When I was about 6 or 7 (can't remember exactly, but was really young), we were coming back from a trip with our pet Labrador. It was night time, & we stopped somewhere to let the dog out. I called him, & he came running across the road at the exact time a car was coming down the road. The car hit him & killed him. I cannot even to begin to tell you how I felt. I never got over it & it's one of the most vivid memories of my childhood. I was hysterical & I can still remember it in precise detail after all these years. I never forgave myself. (It still makes me cry).
We also lived near a busy road & lost a few from getting run over, it was the most horrid thing ever to witness as a child.
I remember when I was about 24 working near the city. I had to catch a bus, which I caught at the Pacific Highway. One morning, I was walking up to the bus station & someone had left their dog tied up to a pole, next to the bus stop, whilst they were in the newsagency. A bus came & the dog jumped onto the road & got hit by the bus & killed. I once again, felt bad that I should have done something to stop it. Ever since that episode, I can't stand to see dogs tied up, especially next to a road.
I wanted to be a vet, but never got over the tragedies & just couldn't bear to see animals suffer.
On top of which, I've had to have dogs & cats put down over the years, our beloved Shepherds, last year & a couple of years before that from his back legs completely going, & the other one from Cancer.
So believe me in all honesty when I tell you, I am absolutely rapt that Jasmine is okay.
Sorry I'm rambling, but just want you to know I'm not just saying I hope your dog's okay just for the sake of saying it, if that makes any sense!
