Sorry to hear that, Khos.
I hope she's alright. If she has to be put to sleep, go there and be with her.
When our lab was put to sleep last year both Elisabeth and I had to be there - he was a member of the family. It was hard but we couldn't just leave him to go alone.
Bloody hell, I'm all teary.

Had to have Molly put to sleep in Oct 2001 (Tumor). Was able to do it on our terms in our garden and held her in my arms when the Vet gave the injection. Pretty Bad. Hope your dog can make it.
BTW, two weeks after, my my wife found she was 6 wks pregnant with our Son, we reackon Molly made room in the world or was reincarnated in some way. I still talk to her where we scattered her ashes (and coffed most of them back up, damn wind)
All the best
Thank you very much everyone for your thoughts and prayer...
...I called the VET again at around 22:30 , and she seems to be in a stable condition , her eyes are moving so it's a good sign , they've injected her with a lot of pain killers...they're taking X-rays of her head later tonite , i'll have to stay up to get results of the X-rays.
she sounds lieka fighter mate........hang in there
i see some nasty stuff at work, and they are amazing creatures
did the people that hit her stop?
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
Very sorry to hear about your buddy Khos . fingers crossed for you mate.
yeah the guy who hit her had stopped and got out , Leigh said he was absolutely flying down towards Boundry road on Loftus , no street lights and jasmine is jet black , apparently he didn't see her in the dark...he was driving a "ford Territory" or something , couldn't made out what model , too dark and all i wanted to do is give her urgent attention and take her to nearest a/h Vet ...
them signs seem promising mate
fingers crossed ..........
i ran over a old lady's dog not long ago
border collie it was .......
i was driving around our local footy ground just above walking pace
as i passed the old lady and her dog
she waved to me and i waved back, then all of a sudden i see the dog run under my car(god how bad do you feel)
so of coarse i jumped out to make sure the old lady and dog were fine
but the poor old dog didn't look to crash hot at all........
c'mon lady i know the vet not far from where we were
now this you just have to picture in your mind
the old lady would have to be in her late 60's
and had no chance of climbing into the back of my 130
so i pick the old lady up gently and chuck her in the back seat
then of coarse the dog .....off we go to the vets
well low and behold 2 days later the old lady and the dog are back walking around the footy ground![]()
130's rule
Good luck, hope it all works out.
