    Hey disco _Owner

Sorry I’ve avoided looking at this – and boy am I glad to read all through this and see some good news. That’s fantastic!

We lost our rotti (14yrs) to cancer last year and that was bl**by hard – wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Great news – treats all round!

she has her appetite back and eating well , sleeping quite a bit and this morning she got up all by herself to go outside for a t-stop . so all in all she has made an amazing recovery .
That's great! Now you'll have to post a couple of pics, so we can see her!

okay , here she is lying in front of the Teli..I'm so glad that nothing has been broken ....

The Hole in her face/head will eventually close up i hope, dead skin on her face maynot regenerate,
but vet said this morning it might't have completely died which means it might

Following pics were taken down at sussex inlet (surf beach) noone to be seen for miles .

And here is one of Jamine alone , she is a beautiful pooch.

Excellent photos! She's gorgeous. Just look at those eyes!

Can't believe she survived. How long does the vet reckon before she's up & running about? Incidentally, how did your kids cope with the accident? Are they okay?

Thank you very much.... I can't believe she survived either looking at her head injury ,hole in her head is closing up really well , local Vet reckons we have to play it by ear ,the the muscle was badly torn as you can see in pics , quite a few stitches , i took her for her first post surgery check-up this morning , she is still very sore & limping...it's gonna take time with the healing process..

oh... BTW I don't have kids... it would have been a difficult situation having to explain what has happened to them as well ...

the a/h Vet also wanted me to call her and give her a progress report , jasmine has built up quite a Fan club in past few days

The head injury was what was worrying me the most when you first mentioned the accident. Overall though, she doesn't look too bad, obviously looks very sore, you can tell by the expession on her face that she's uncomfortable, but that's to be expected.

Sounds like you've got a good vet there. You'll have to keep us updated with a progress report (with pics of course!)

    Hi Khos,
Sorry, but I've been offline the last few days & only now seen this thread.

Great to hear that Jasmine seems to be recovering OK.

    Take Care,
