You can buy them through Speedy / ROH. Even if they dont specifically make the stud pattern you can but them as blanks and have them drilled to suit your stud pattern as they have various offsets. I was led to believe they can also be supplied unpainted in primer only or for an additional cost any colour you like.You can also get lots of stuff from the US in blanks. If they can not punch out your stud pattern talk to a trailer parts dealer like Martins and they may be able to punch them for you as they punch their own hubs. I got some done a few years back (hubs) and they punched them while I waited from blank hubs.
