    Sunraysia rims no longer available for Discos

    Im after a set of Black steel rims for my D1. Today I have phoned up 3 tyre outlets and Im being told that I cannot get Sunraysia / Kings type wheels for my D1 anymore - they dont make them. Dramas with off-sets apparently.

    Is this the case?

    Has anybody bought a set of Sunraysias or similar recently in Sydney, if so, where did you have success?

    Les Richmond automotive sell them with a 1" offset.

    Try 'Tyres Cheap Windosr' 124 Ham st Sth Windsor. 4587-9836.

    LROC member, and as of six months ago was selling steel rims with LR PCD $50 ea. Unfortunately he only had them in white.

    I bought 7 kings in black in 7"x16" with zero degree offset. They were for my fender though. Same pattern as a d1, though you might need to measure for offset.
    I have 5 7"x15" mangels I don't want. Can check the offset for you.

    What size are you after?

    If they still sell them with a zero offset why not look at something like what Snake Racing have which are offset spacers, so you use standard rims and the spacers do offsetting for you. Just a thought.

    Wheel spacers are illegal on any road vehicle in Oz unless OE fitted.

    Sorry to bring up an old post, but King do have the 0 offset Sunny style rims and if your want -25 offset, Dynamic wheels sell them.

    Not in NSW you can't - rim spacers are illegal.

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
