Well we've just been down the vet's and she has improved. She seems to be still a bit doped after all those hours of anasthetic. Still on an IV but recognised us and we had to stop her trying to stand - not that she could have. The vet thinks it will take another couple of days for the toxins to get out of her system and to also get over the cough she's developed - probably from the stomach pump and the air tube, so she's on anti-biotics too.
Sorry to hear this DM,hopefully your dog makes it with out too much suffering.
Andrew
Very very sad to read,:( we have had our ****su/Maltese for near on 11 years and god forbid something like this could happen to any member of our families is Horrific.
Sorry to hear one passed away.:( All our prayers are with u and we hope ure gsp pulls through. Our dog is not a dog she is a full fledged member of our family and is treated as such.
Sleeps on the bed with us every night.
Good luck. lots of treats and hugs to the GSP on recovery.:D
PS I pray they get caught and dealt with appropriatly and not just hand slapped. Murder is Murder Human or Loved Pet
Tim
My sympathy for your problems, and I hope your surviving dog continues to improve.
