Was it someone from here who wrote to the Herald Sun ed?

Just noticed the letter to the Cars Guide ed from obviously a real world Land Rover owner vis a vis the Motoring editors bias against Land Rovers. Was it someone from here? Liked the "...if a martian probe landed, you'd recommend that ahead of the Land Rover".

He puts in the reply "I maintain that the Japanese pacesetters are still ahead in terms of everything etc" or something to that effect. Honestly, the Herald Sun motoring editor is a complete moron, every issue of the herald sun is precedent to that.

I'll see if I can find it or type it out later.

I was searching online for this item you spoke of and as I scrolled down a page, although I did not find the intended target I found this readers comments | your say | carsguide.com.au which obviously someone spammed them with penis solutions like those viagra ones that show up in my email.

Yup typical! Their idea of a 4wd is something that can pull the 28' Jayco, carry the dogs to the beach, have reversing cameras, sensors so you don't run over the neighbours kids, 7 speed hydra-visco-wanko-matic transmission, navigation system that can get you all the way to...alice springs, bull**** economy figures, blah blah blah

One would think you would utilise a spellcheck program before posting a comment to the editor.

Be sure to ask him which manufacturer is currently ****ing in his pocket. He went through a stage where no matter the context of the question, he'd recommend a Subaru Forester.
