    More pics

If you look you can see the highlift being used to pull it up.

    Can you say flex?

    Timber!

Will try to get some pics of the aftermath tomorrow.

    P.S.
It's raining and we still have a day of digging to go.

    Well done Edd
Unsure if you realise but on most machines the hydraulics are very strong and a valuable tool when recovering.
If its safe to hook onto the bucket tow to full power with the machine also doing so,then crowd the bucket. That little bit extra always helps.
JUST ENSURE ALL RECOVERY ITEMS ARE RATED FOR THE PAIN!!!! LOTS OF PRESSURE EXERTED BY THE MACHINES HYDRAULICS!!!!!
    May help next time around.

Edd and Steve together is like storing weedkiller and sugar on top of eachother in paper bags. Eventually disasters will happen.

Problem was we broke through the top inch of solid ground. After that it was just slop. The bucket couldn't move the bobcat. We ended up having to lift it by the bucket with chains from the big excavator. Even tht had planks under the tracks and was sinking in. He almost couldn't get it out at one point.
Even the retaining wall gave way in the end.
