Thread: How to retrieve an Optus MMS

At the risk of looking stupid, can someone please tell me how to retrieve an MMS from the Optus web site? I've got an SMS with the password and a message to go to www.optus.com.au/viewmms but no combo of phone numbers and the password will get me in.

Have you tried the web-browser on your phone? I had a similar problem, went to an Optus store and they helped me enable my phone's browser. It had something to do with my phone being bought at a Telstra dealer, so all the settings were defaulted to that carrier, instead of Optus.
