    Anyone going to British 4WD in Qld

    If anyone is going to to British 4WD in Forest Glen, Qld, in the near future, would they be able to pull a BECM from a P38A. They have some known good ones for sale already removed but they cost $600.

    Ones that haven't been removed and which may or may not work for much, much less - if the buyer pulls it himself.

    My Disco is in the workshop at the moment awaiting a new clutch. Will be about a week wait for it to be completed. Excuse my ignorance but what is the BECM.

    Body Electrical Computer Module

    same thing ones what europeans call it and the other the yanks.. I can never remember which


    Ron, if you can get the numbers off the fets I can ask the old man to look up some interchangeable ones for you.

    Sorry for the confusion Ron.

    Lee Bourgeois is always heading off on holidays somewhere but I'm sure I heard he was (or trying to)replace them a while ago.
