Aside from that, your best bet is to lay a complaint with the police for reckless/dangerous driving causing injury, of which you now have the evidence. Add to that driving a vehicle without a license, ... it is possible the case will be criminal in nature, rather than civil.
Oh, and you should find that there is already a case file because unless the driver already reported the accident, then they are in deep poo.
Then you can either claim through the case for medical expenses, damage to your bike, loss of income, hurt feelings, or whatever your lawyer can come up with, plus court and recompense for your legal costs. And if you're not satisfied with that you can probably go for civil damages too (unless it is double jeopardy).
