    Cool Maybe I've redeemed myself?

    After this little incident in June:
    I'm hoping I may have evened the score with Toymota

    We were out taking the dogs for a walk at the pine forest when I heard the distinctive sound of a bogged vehicle in the distance, so I headed around to give them a hand.
    I found the 100 series a short distance away and in it was a guy I knew (local cop) & his mate (local Ambo). To give him some credit there was a large rock in the left wheel rut. He could have got himself out with his winch, but it was underwater and it was just easier to come back out the way he went in It was quite a nice rig with a supercharged 4.2D, dual lockers & heaps of custom gear on it.

    We limited stress on both trucks by just giving a little tug instead of a full blown snatch.

    Tulip took the video with my phone, so we apologise about the quality. we weren't exactly expecting to do a recovery....



    I turned down the chance to go through the same hole in the disco, but found a few other slightly smaller ones to play in

    Or maybe not.......

    Went out to test the new bighorns this afternoon. Thought I'd try the same hole the toyo was stuck in
    The mound in between the wheel tracks was about 4 inches taller than my diff clearance



    My son loved the recovery operation



    Video is uploading as we speak

    At least I know the rules around here; didn't happen without pics.......... and preferrably video

    I have no shame. No water in the car or on me, I used the rear step and bullbar to do most of the work on the car.

    Tulip reckons she's going to have go at it in the fender on saturday

    I'll get video of me snatching her back out (and her getting me out too )
