Has anyone had success filtering bore water out back of beyond.

I find it difficult to believe that this device will remove substances that are in solution in the water. Artesian bores in Qld. anyway, are unlikely to contain bacteria as artesian water is usually boiling or near when it comes out of the borehead.

I've never tried hot artesian water but have filled with bore water from the tap in QLD and NSW, no bore flavour at all, the worst water i have put into the water tank was from the MacQuarrie river on the Bridal Track near Hill End browner than coffee and particals as big as rocks, well not quite that big, but big, water came out clear and drinkable.

Which reminds me, i need to change the filters.

We have a bore on our place at Hill End, so i know how it tastes, i also grew up in Moree, so i know Artesian water too, swam and bathed in it often enough.
