I just read of a day trip with LSBob from this forum in the NT Reports that he took these guys out for a trip around his area, good to see they are having fun on their adventure around the world.

Yep really nice people, Andy and Karen spent some time in Newcastle with us. I told them about AULRO, they are trying to get on line and say hello.
They have an amazing setup in that Disco, it originally had air bags on the rear but they blew apart in Iran so they modified some coils they found and that got them all the way here, they now have proper suspension that can cope in the back.
If you see them stop and say hello they have had an amazing life and have so many stories to tell.

They are planning on two years around Oz.

Are they still here? Any chance of catching up for a brew or two with them over the week?

Maybe they are self funding their tour around and therefore not promoting themselves for sponorship deals from people

Don't think AULRO response to people touring and showing them about the place and offering hospitality differs if they are French or English or Dutch or whatever.
