    Brain surgery!?!?!?!

As I have already said get well soon! ...can I lighten the mood with:

Smithers this isn't rocket science - it's BRAIN SURGERY - so hand me that ice cream scoop!

    Hi Sally,
Thanks for letting us know of Steve's condition.

As far as I know, the reputation of Canberra hospitals is good & so he's in good hands. Nevertheless, I appreciate that only time will convince you of that.

    You take care of yourself,

    Yep

apparently a blood clot between his scalp and skull, a quick incision, insert the tube, attach the vaccum pump and suck.. Stitch it up and we got our Stevie boy back.

He was very excited about the hot nurses sucking on his head.

I nagged him for 30mins, we've come to a compromise, he sells the motorbikes but keeps the MTB.

IMHO he is very lucky he only had a fit and not have a stroke. Even luckier he had just got out of the car when it happened. But I'm not a doctor and aparently no 4call

    Been chatting to the boy.
Turns out the doctors are yoto drivers and were trying to remove the Landy gland.

Yes it stems from the bull bar incident. He was supposed to have the tube inserted today to remove pressure but he collapsed last night and was rushed to hospital.

Guess he does have a brain in there.
He was well enough to threaten me about smart **** posts tonight. He is also wondering what we are all saying about him so nows your chance while he can't complain!

Dave we will have to work out a plan to get the chassis back so the resto can begin.

    Smile Dear Sally & Steve

I hope you are both holding up I have had the pleaseure of meeting and travelling with Steve when he was here in tasmania/Antarctica:-)
I shall pray the doctors do not remove his appetite for Landies but add some slow down juice to his veins as he seems to want to fly everywhere?
    cheers to u both.
    Regards
    Tim

tell him to look after himself and I'll start looking after his new chassis...

Might even be able to get it down to sydney for him.
