the 12km run for the city to surf that is... the PERTH onestill lots of bugger hills tho
not bad for a 102kg fattie(better than the 109 i was tho)
far easier than we thought cause of the atmosphere! oh and spending your time dodging everyone.
not sure of our times until thursday or friday.. so we'll seejust glad we made it

I have been running 15-20kms on a cross trainer lately, I would think significantly different to running on the pavement, but better on the knees and ankles. Still hard yakka.
