without spilling the beans..

does anyone have a dead or dying aircompressor thats belt driven from a 10a single phase motor? (standard household power point).

Id prefer something thats not one of those ones that was made up from an old referigeration compressor. I only really need the pump but anything extras a bonus especially the pressure switch that deals with turning the motor on and off.

if you have one, have access to one or know someone that does and might care to part with it can you let me know.. If its good enough that It will do for both my prototype and then the final product I can probabley sling some limited dollars you're way.

ho har suggested you go to the Logan City dump recycle centre they quite often have them there

Cheers, mate If they have a choice a 2/3 cylinder jobbie will be better for what I have in mind the larger the drive pully on the pump the better.

Close, very very close but not quite....

first person who guesses the exact concept (including why) gets the prototype after I finish the working version.
