    Hey Mick,

You will do a lot better with good food and vitamin B1 after eating than Zoloft. All those drugs have nasty side effects.

Eat well, go for a brisk 30 minute walk each day take vitamin B1, just before bed too, if you are having trouble sleeping.

Heavy mind altering drugs and alcohol is a very, very bad combination.

You'll get work the work you want mate, just keep getting out there.

I would see another doc and get weened off that Zoloft crap mate..... bad oil.

    Good luck

    Jay

Thanks for all the positives guys . Was just having a bad day and needed to vent ( No swear words Ron ) . To be honest things are getting better . It's just taking longer than i want it to . Best thing is it's the first "down" day i have had for a long while and other than that i'm beating this stupid depression . Thanks again .

Well mate you get my respect because:

    1. You acknowledge when the 'black dog' is having a go at you, and

    2. You're honest enough to say so on the forum.

    All the best mate.
    Cheers, Dale

There are positives in every negative situation, you just have to look hard enough. ****ing your money against the wall wont help the situation it will in fact make it worse, go climb a mountain or something like that. It costs nothing and gives you a sense of accomplishment.
