1.get a small flat screwdriver and prise the centre piece out of the top of the "tap" handle.
2.undo the screw inside and lift of the handle complete with spacer.
3.grab a shifter and undo the actual tap out of the seat.
4.Look inside the seat and the washer will more than likely be in there, if not it will be on the bottom of the thing you pulled out, it looks like a mushroom.
5.go to the shop and get some of those "superseal washers" that have a half sphere of rubber on the bottom, not the flat O-ring type.
6.Put it all back together and wind the tap into the open position before you try and put it back into the seat.
7.and most important of all-
dont turn the bloody taps off so tight as thats what stuffs them in the first place.
