    you have my total sympathy

Hey DullBird, I sympathise with you completely. If everyone just followed your explicit instructions you wouldnt even have a thread here. I have done similar things myself before and rather than put up with the apparrent idiocy of some people I simply ask for a bank cheque (will not accept personal cheques) and a return address and do it all snail mail.Somehow people dont stuff this process up.

    Hey Lou,

You have a thanked and thankless task.

I'm not one for Calenders as they remind me only of the passage of time.

The use of our language is much more interesting...we have to think cryptic crossword.

My partner offered to bring chairs for a party via SMS...the response back from the host was:

    "OK 4 CHAIRS"

    So we took four chairs..

It turned out that they didn't need any!

Can't believe some precious petals are throwing some grief DB's way.

If she's had some trouble about admin so be it, she's entitled to a bit of rant and if it doesn't apply to you then smile and know you've been a good boy. If it does fix it up asap.

If there was an Anti-Thanks button I'd use it on some posts.

DB -- well done, thank you and good on you for your efforts. Which are all unpaid, and for the benefit of us all.

Whiners, wind your necks in pronto, pay up and enjoy. It's for the good of the site and thus us all. There aren't that many dullbirds, and if they become extinct nobody will do the work and the site will suffer.
