    1. Take Caps Lock off.
    2. Do as GuyG says - I use them and am very happy with them
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

yep no need to shout........we are hearing ya

if you are on the northside give MR Automotive a call

i reckon you will be up for a a new stub axle or speedi sleeve before you will need a bearing, if there is lots of oil it sounds like your axlw seal is buggered as well, now this is a good things because after the new updated triple lip hub seal if fitted you will have an oil lubed hub which is better for the long term for your bearings

i think i paid around $300 for a new 100amp/hr alternator not long ago

which suburb do you live in

    okok caps lock off, sorry.
ive been in touch with Jag Rover Spares - Brisbane
    there a great help.

the bloke looking at my car didnt mention any of the possible prob's listed above.

ive now found out that my car isnt actually being fixed (where i left it) some other dodgy bloke has it on the gold coast.

after spending 7k buying the d1 and now these repairs i feel ripped as i have only traveled 1 trip up the beach (200klms)

thanks again for ur help every1

Are you talking about axle bearing or rear engine bearing leaking - I thought you were referring to the rear main leaking. Weeds reply seems to relate more to wheel bearing rather than engine. If its the rear main then the price given could be fairly close as the gearbox and transfer would have to come out.

Murray at Jag and Rover is very good - generally get my second hand parts through him.

    Haven't been in a while, but I used to take my D1 to L & D Automotive, 17 Bishop St, Kelvin Grove 4059 (07) 3352-6633.

Their rates are the same as Jag & rover spares, but they seem to get a lot more done in an hour. I am extremely impressed with them.

    Cheers, Steve
