Are you going to get the blue one back on the road?.I've got a spare bed and feed waiting in Kal on your Oz trip. Pat
Im currently insuring the new Defender.
I was just interested to know. Who are you insured with?
One insurance company wasnt real keen on accessories, another wouldnt insure because of my prior accident.
Whos the best bet?
When it comes to accessories etc etc?
Thanks
Are you in a 4wd club?
TCIS insurance brokers if you are.
They insured my Disco for $4000 more than NRMA did with agreed value plus the premium is less.
The reduction in premium more than covers the club cost each year although I was already in a club anyway.
Well good to see your ok mate they say things happen in three's so you should have used up all your bad luck now from my calculations.
Wow the new one is a great find looks like its just been driven of the show room floor.

As for your run of misfortune... Man.... Glad your OK...
Back injuries just suck!!! And that crash, man you are a lucky bloke....
But hey, how about some SSOW (Safe systems of work)
Steel Caps when working around machinery...![]()
And before I get flamed for the Steel Cap line...
I wear Steel Caps every day at work, Shoe style ones, and have boots as well.
I wear them to mow the lawn, and offroading.... Saved me a few times during vehicle recoveries where the vehicle slipped a little and rolled across a toe or 3
