    Fat Baz's Send off

For those handfull of WA AULROians that had the pleasure of Fat Baz his send off is 3.30pm next friday at the local sports ground.
Cant offer much in the way of accomodation, but plenty of room to roll a swag if you want to camp the nite at my place.

    Never met him Andy,

But I know he was a lucky bloke to have a mate that cares as much as you obviously do mate...

Hope the send off is a ripper mate....

    The pain will fade Andy...

    Take care mate.

Hi guys,Bazs send off would have to rate a one of the greatest one could want for.
There was an estimated 1000 friends and family attending. They had Bazs Grader, video displays,a talented workmate with a guitar singing Bazs favourite song,"right on the tip of my tounge".Bazs old man made a stiring speach that only Phil could. There was also a tribute to Janita,Bazs partner who also died in the accident.
After the service,Bazs family lead everybody onto the oval where everybody simultaneously released 3 ballons, each with the letter B A Z.It was special.
The family had stubby holders made for everyone with BAZ in capital letters and 2 comments. "You made me who I am today" and "My friends are my estate"

A few pics from my mobile to remember him by.

    Roadside rememberence

    Personally signed "BAZ ROCK"

    Shire flag at half mast

Deb and I with Bazs' grader

    The baloon release

    REST IN PEACE BIG FELLA
