Personally don't mind Macca's, but only once in a while...along with the other variants. It has a purpose like anything else. If you decide to eat there morning, noon and night...more fool you...ditto with smoking, drinking excessively, hooking into some other fattening food etc etc. Like anything else, dont like it dont eat there. only thing i can eat from mcdonalds that doesnt give me intense heartburn is the hotcakes.
hungry jacks i can cope with..... but my blood sugar level goes nuts from the sugar in the buns..
