    Scutigera coleoptrata

    It is called Scutigera coleoptrata. It is also known as a "house centipede". They eat bugs in your home, hang out in damp places, and hunt at night. Harmless to humans.

    Almost certainly Scutigera coleoptrata or a closely related species. The number of legs on centipedes is rarely 100 as urban legend would have it.
