I'd personally suggest an evakool... had a 90L for 10 years now and still brilliant.
I see a lot of the Big Chilli ones around though at farmers markets, fish shops etc so assuming they must be good too.
hi all been given the green light to get a esky but cant make up my mind which one to go with either the 80l techni ice or the 80l big chilli.
the other thing that bugs me is how deep the 80l are its a pain to find stuff in them. i think that the longer ones will not hold ice as well as a deep one , it will be fore beer mostly because the missus uses the waeco for the foody stuff. thanks all

I had a 80 L Techni Ice. Sold it to a mate, your right its to deep for food. So Ive ordered a 70 L (much longer)
BTW that Techni Ice Ice stuff is actually pretty good and works, had bout 6 sheets in the bottom of the eski one night, as well as a bag of ice and now was melted the next morning.
And no Im not a sales representative
When we go camping (this weekend) he's taking the beer and Im taking the food. Ill let you know how it goes
Hope this helps you mate
My monies on tropical Ice boxes or eva cool (Ice Kool) ice boxes. Tough plastic finish up to 9 days block ice and plenty of sizes.
Not real cheap though.
thanks all
