I was drinking with a "relly" out from sweden, not much english, with a few of my mates. We managed to convey the concept of a "shout" to him, he walks up to the bar, struggled to pronounce "cascade", asked for carlsberg instead.

Comes back with a round of carlsbergs and says "this a real beer"
