    ECU removal ???

    Hi gaz here can someone please let me know...do i have to disconnect battery before removing ECU ....thanks gaz.

    Disconnecting the battery when attempting any work, is always a good idea as it stops any electrical spikes

    Thanks Mike....just wasn't quiet sure whether or not if i disconnected battery it would affect other electrical equipment ( besides clock ) in my 05 defender.
