Full dealer service history spanning 348 years

Not only can't type, but also perhaps a little optimistic on price. It might be worth $800 if it is a runner, but it does not look like it from the pictures.

Talking to the father-in-law last night I found that scrap steel prices are so low at the moment that most places are not accepting scrap cars. They have to be cut up, no tyres etc. and then you get virtually nothing for it.

Looked in the local paper and all the 'collect scrap cars for free' adverts are absent.

If you can't scrap it, sell it on fleabay..........

That must be the vehicle presented by Land Rover to Charles II when he returned from the Netherlands in 1660 to restore the English monarchy. Land Rover had been in trouble for years as Oliver Cromwell was a big Toyota fan, so the Restoration was seen by Land Rover as an opportunity to re-establish itself with the monarchy, who have driven Land Rover products ever since.
