I take you have 2 sensors per bank, 1 before and 1 after the catalyst.
This means bank 2 is running very rich, maybe has a misfire or a drooling injector.
Are there any other faults?
If bank 1 is showing 25% fuel trim , my guess is that it is rich also. Maybe bank 2 is out of range so that the ECU cannot trim.
So also look at the MAF. AFAIK, Motronic will not show MAF faults.
