    hi all im' back

    gezzz it was good to get back into andy today . i feel so much better now . i took kellee and Chris over to Cowra for A RUN ( THAY WONT LET ME BE ALONE good kids hay) Andy went like a steam train . I got out of hospital on Thursday .I went down again . hope i can stay together this time . I have all my kids behind me now
