Thread: Grampians, 6/12/08

G'day All,

Went out for a bit of a tour yesterday.

From Horsham to Horsham, travelled about 200 km. Took about 6.5 hours in total, but there were plenty of stops.

My "guide" for the day was a mate in his HJ47 Landcruiser traytop.

We travelled mostly on dirt or tracks, total bitumen for the day was probably only 25 km or so.



Lifted a front wheel here! I was trying a harder line. Although the picture doesn't show it, this section of track is quite steep. Difficult to stand on.





The Toyota went almost everywhere the Rangie did, although with more wheelspin and tyre lifting and a lot less comfort. He often had to make two or three attempts to get through.

I could find out the name of it. I wasn't paying much attention to track names.
