I have nothing against swearing, it has a place like anything else. What a bloody boring old world it would be without swearing. I know the main reason behind the not swearing is not due to it being offensive but to maintain a G rated site for sponsors/ advertisers, which is well and good.....but hasnt this thread now just turned into a swearathon...even if the words are "pixilated"...better off leaving it alone as the swearing is low content on here anyway,

the word **** in british films is mainly used in certain stereotipical films such as lock stock, and other various usually violent british films......
where I come from in the uk it is used a lot but it is in replacement of the 'c' word both of which words I find offensive.
but like you say depending on its context my brother will say it if he talking about someone doping something stupid....but if he is talking about someone in an agressive manor which he does do...he is using it as a replacement.

some words have not very nice associations whether it is direct at you or not so yes there are certian words that i do get offended by/not upset but yes offended. :)
