Mark the rotor arm to housing and as others have said pull the dizzy. Cordless drill and spade will likely do it. Will go firm when primed. Other wise pack the pump then repeat.
I finally got it going.
After trying every thing suggested I have had to revert to the tried and tested way,i.e. pull the front off the oil pump, pack it with vasoline ande hope like hell that the oil light goes out.
It did and the beast is now running.
