Firstly Aus Steel Rangy was built on a pretty good budget and is a very capable truck and is what i would love to own but know i cant afford to.
Zook 404 is more the way i think i will end up going although even that kind of zook would be out of my price range as it runs mog 404 diffs...
And then there is Mog Rover or as it is now known as Run a Muck, i would LOVE to own that thing! its one amazing truck!!! and i must also comment the picture you have of him was taken on Rockey Horror! and that hill if you were there you might recall him bouncing up over the top and hitting a tree and and just missing the person next to the tree??!! well i was the person standing next to the tree

Actually yeah, I remember looking at the Green zook and thinking that it was absolutely crazy, but didn't recal seeing it on the courses. There is a lot of unsprung weight for the driveline and chassis.
Grover was that you!
I certainly do remember that! Mick was in a sketchy position even for the MogRover when he popped up and hit the tree. My background is circuit racing and for cars and then later Karts and it still spins me out at how close people end up to the cars on these courses. I remember when that happened just thinking faaaaaark as everybody shifted very very quickly out of its way.
Cheers

Are you going to be doing the work your self or paying some one to do it for you?
For low level com work you can get away with some 31"- 33's, a rear locker and a bit more flex( zook or rangie).
Pm me if you want some details on what works with sierra's. i have built a few. I just got rid the last project zook for a rangie because i would never of used it. you can't fit the mrs, kid and dogs in a sierra so i would of only used it once every few months.
