Gday everone just a few pics of the new roof on my 130 after i rolled it.. its a county wagon roof and we grafted the back section of my roof to the front section of the new roof as we needed the curved back section ...overall iam pretty happy with the end result..it looks a little dented in the pics but thats just cause the angle..JC put me on to a bloke from up the coast that helped me with the roof..the roof cost me $700, new window $110 and new window frame $300...
Rolled
New roof
Cheers Adrian

Well done. I was rather worried it was sorta not going to happen for a hell of a long time!
Yer so was i ..i wasnt sure how i was gonna be able to afford it after hearing prices from 3 to 5 grand..but i was just lucky i guess..to pick up the roof at the time.
Thanks guys
I reckon you should put a tropical roof over it to hide the ridges and it'll look like it was supposed to be that way. Also help keep it cool in the summer.
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
yer the alpine windows ..were ticky cause the bloke that helped me with the roof said that they cant be cut as they are hardend glass so i was gonna get some perspex bent up but ended up just goin with chequer plate for the time being.
Did you fix any leaks whilst you were at it? lol. Might find a few more if your lucky!
are the disco aplines shorter......????
I thought they were may still not be short enough for what you want unless you wanted to cut the roof to match
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
Great to see..
I recall saying that was all that was needed.![]()
