    Another Woman Killed by a Trailer

    Freak accident on Kwinana Freeway - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

    This was originally reported as an accident / injury, but the woman died in hospital last night.

    I don't think you could have worse luck than this.

    wrong place wrong time

    lost count how many boat trailer wheels i have seen fall off......maybe they should have an annual inspection/annual replacement

    From pix I've seen of the boat on the offending trailer, it could be a case of badly maintained equipment.
